Tutorial Errors

I've been recieving numberous emails about all the tutorials being wrong links. We're all aware of this problem, and it only seems apparent to Internet Explorer users. We're still trying to fix it, but it seems to be a problem with Revver. The tutorials will mostly be hosted by revver until we transfer to our new host to support all the awesome features of the new website.
So currently, I'd advise you download Firefox to watch the tutorials. Sorry for any inconvenience.

New Tutorial: Musket Smoke

I just made a quickie for Rough Cut fron Aurellia's forums on how to create musket smoke. It's not much, but it will have to keep you guys going for a while. I will try to get a new quickie out every month until we can start making full-blown tutorials again. If you have any requests, feel free to ask us in the request a tutorial section on the forums!
We're all still working as hard as we can behind the scenes to get the new website up and running, and will be finalizing the designs next month. Then it's on to the fun job of coding and making it all work =)

Recruitment Rally

As you may have noticed Aurellia is pretty dead at the moment, and we keep telling you about the lack of updates and all the work that's going on behind the scenes. If the lack of updates disappoints you and makes you want to cry and never come back (or anything slightly similar), then this proposal is for you!
The team at Aurellia have just been heavily working on the new and greatly improved website, and haven't been making any new tutorials or anything because we feel nobody is watching (this is partly our fault though since we weren't planning to advertise the website until the new one was 100% complete).
So here is the offer. We are going to have a recruitment rally to try to get a bit of activity up, and get everybody pumped for what is going to be the new Aurellia. Your goal is to get as many people signed up and posting (meaning being active as well) on the forums as possible. When we reach a set amount of people, we will put the time aside to make and release something new!
The forums are always checked and posted on by all the team members here at Aurellia so if you're looking for more activity, look there!

Lack of Updates

As you may well have noticed, there have been literally no updates for ages. The crew at Aurellia are spending every spare minute they have developing the new website.
I guess I can let everybody in on a little bit of the progress. Currently, we've pretty much finished a massive list of all the content that needs to be included, and are pretty set on a general layout. We're currently working on the actual theme and logo, trying to all come up with something that everybody likes. This process is slow, but I guarantee it will be well worth the wait!
